1. Device Information

To adapt to different terminal types used by users and provide consistent services, we will collect the following device information when you use our products:

• Device model, device version, and operating system: To adapt to different terminals and provide corresponding interface displays.
• IDFV (iOS only): Used to count the number of terminals on which a single paying user has installed the product. (A single user may install paid content on up to 3 terminals.)
• MAC address (HarmonyOS and Android only): Used to count the number of terminals on which a single paying user has installed the product. (The same user may use paid content on up to 5 terminals.)
• Device sensors (HarmonyOS and Android only): Reads terminal orientation data when the user uses the product to provide an appropriate interface display.
• IP address: To meet the needs of network security log collection.

2. Permission Information

Specific permissions that users are required to grant during software installation or use to ensure the normal operation of the software:

• Microphone access: Used for voice input via the microphone when the user reads aloud. (This permission is only used in "Let's Learn Pinyin".)
• Read and write storage permissions: To obtain resources required for the normal operation of the APP, as well as to download, save, and read learning materials.
• Network permissions: To display real-time information to users (such as the "User Agreement" and "Privacy Agreement") and download paid learning materials, the platform needs to obtain users' network permissions.

3. Log Information

When you use our products, the platform will automatically collect certain behaviors of you and/or your child during the use of the app and save them as network logs, including opening/closing the product and click events of important modules within the product. Log information will be stored anonymously. Logs are only used to help us understand the overall usage of the product and serve as reference data for subsequent optimization and upgrades.

II. Inquiry, Correction, and Cancellation of Personal Information

After accessing our product, click "Settings" in the upper left corner of the screen. Once entered, you can view the personal information you have filled in.

After accessing our product, click "Settings" in the upper left corner of the screen. Once entered, you can modify your personal information.

3. Cancellation of Personal Information

After accessing our product, click "Settings" in the upper left corner of the screen, then select the "Logout" function (this function will only appear after the user has authorized login). After verifying your information, the platform will log out your account. For the process and details of account cancellation, please refer to the guidelines on the account cancellation interface. You acknowledge and understand that account cancellation is irreversible. After you cancel your account, we will stop providing services to you and delete all information related to your account.

V. Storage Location, Storage Period, and Handling of Personal Information After Expiration

Personal information collected during the operation of our product series is stored in the People's Republic of China (Alibaba Cloud, Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province). Personal information will only be retained for the period necessary to achieve the purposes stated in this Policy, unless there is a mandatory retention requirement by law. Transaction information will be retained for 3 years from the date of transaction completion; user behavior information will be retained for 1 year. We will anonymize user behavior logs related to platform services. When your personal information exceeds the retention period, the platform will delete your personal information in accordance with the requirements of applicable laws.

III. Compliance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA)

Our products comply with relevant provisions on children's online privacy protection. We will not intentionally collect any personal information from children under the age of 13. If the collection of a child's name, gender, or other relevant information is required during the provision of product services, we will obtain the consent of the parent or guardian in advance. All collected information will be strictly kept confidential. If you believe that such information has been collected due to our negligence, please contact us so that we can immediately obtain your consent or delete the relevant information. We will not share personal authentication information with any third-party individuals or organizations. For more details, please refer to the "Children's Privacy Protection Guidelines".

IV. Modifications to the Privacy Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Privacy Agreement. If we make any changes to the Privacy Policy, we will promptly publish the updated version. Please check regularly for updates.
